Hi,

I've been using QLR Manager (www.qlrmanager.com), a php based reporting tool for my MySQL database.

Does anyone know how to generate an HTML file from the reports that get generated? It creates CSV, XML and e-mails, but I have a need for an HTML file.

Thanks in advance.

Just use the SAVE function on your browser. This zip file shows an HTML page saved from their demo.

      Thanks for the info.

It's not quite what I had in mind (looking for a single file). But this will work for now.

What did you think of the tool? I've been using it for about six month now.

        Ruski,

If you check their website http://qlrmanager.com and click the link on the left for coming soon, you'll see that they are adding html download to the different output options. This is due out in a few months when they release v2.

We've been using it for over a year, ever since it was in beta. It's a great way to organize your queries and report formatting amongst many users, by saving and sharing. I'm particularly interested in some of the function coming with v2... build macros and menus for users. We have some users we don't want editing or even viewing the SQL. Sounds like there's something coming to address this.

Obviously we like it... The price is right compared to other stuff out there with features we don't need, and the http server install accessible through a URL works great for our folks on the road.
