phpMyAdmin (MySQL), Enterprise Manager (MSSQL), etc

I've been using phpMyAdmin a lot for MySQL, and Enterprise Manager for MS SQL, plus I've seen something really cool for SyBase as well, but...

Does anyone know if there is anything out there for MySQL that is better than phpMyAdmin? Something I can buy a license for a re-use on as many servers as I want?
