Does anyone know how to fix this, and put them all into one line. I attached the file.

Specifically, what are you wanting put all into one line? Can you give more details as to what you are wanting to do?

This data is coming from an AS400, the query builder for the older versions of the software will not put all of the data into one line so it puts it into subsequent lines as you can see. So I need a way to pull all the OP Codes, and the OP Code Descriptions into the main line, along with the others. This is the only way that I can get the data from these older versions.
