[Resolved] PHP and Sub-Dir

Hey, i am a newb at setting apache2, php but they are up and working. In apache2 i have a virtualhost setup, mail.server.com and it works somewhat. there is just on problem, the dir for mail.server.com is program files/apache group/apache2/htdocs/mail and if the index is a php file in the mail dir then it loads the index.php from the htdocs dir not the mail dir. If the index is a .html in the mail dir it works just fine. I am wondering if there is a path or var i need to turn on for php to work in sub-dir?

in the Apache httpd.conf find DocumentIndex should have things like index.html index.html.var

have a space from that and add .php
