Refreshing the page after data is entered

HI, how do i refresh the page to show new posted data after it has been entered into the database. I have a function to post the data to the database, and a function to display the data above it to be viewed.
how do i refresh this page after the data has been entered??

you can use the [man]header()[/man] function or meta refresh tags.
