Help with regular expression please!

in the above string how would i write a regular expression to change it to ('', 'DMA', for ANY numeric value where 1446 is.

Also I'd like change '2004-06-28 17:32:50'); to

NOW()); for any date value. I've tried but just cant figure these damn things out.

For the first part, is that an array set or just a string?

For the date thing:

$date = "'2004-06-28 17:32:50";
$date = strtotime($date);
echo $date;

(Changes it to a unix timestamp (seconds since the epoch).

Basically this is a dump of the data of a mysql table. I'm trying to edit it as a text file.
