Creating a .zip file with PHP

Hello,

Im trying to put together a upload script that allows the following functions:-

1. Upload 10 or so JPEG image file into a temporary directory.

2. Then Zip these files and email them as an attachment.

Ive had some limited experience upload single files, but of yet i haven't mastered doing multiple file uploads in one process. Plus i have no experience with the PHP zip function.

So basically if anyone has any advice how to achieve this i would be very grateful.

there is a class that is used by phpMyAdmin, based on earlier code from the zend.com code library, that makes it extremely easy to create zip files.
