Howdy All-
Can anyone point me in the direction of the official guidelines for naming of mysql databases? I've googled my butt off and can't find what I'm looking for (which means I'm probably asking google the wrong question) ... I know you can have underscores _ in the name of a database or table, I've also found a $ will work as a seperator but I'm leery of using it in my php code, basically I just need a seperator that isn't the underscore so I can substitute it code for a dash - character... dealing with some domain related stuff.
