Pear Package Installation problems

I have gone to install further pear packages on my webserver. I have installed pear but when i go to install the packages i get the following

Error

Didn't receive 200 OK from remote server. (HTTP/1.1 401 Authorization Required)

Any hints on how i can overcome this problem.

Have you tried again. Seems like the server was down or busy.
