That's pretty cool! I can't seem to get the decrypt to work though!

Any ideas?
(on my screen, the two buttons are cut off, so I can't see them BTW)

What does it do instead. I remember when I coded that the first time I tried to decrypt it didn't work but then I could not duplicate the error in debugging?

What browser and screen size?

The very bottom (maybe 2 px) of the buttons are cut off on my screen, Firefox 0.9.1, 1280x1024, not maximized, but close.

Would it be a good idea to extend it's range to include non-alphabetic characters? I noticed numbers, punctuation, and spaces do not get encrypted.

but then it wouldn't be a rotor machine. It's for a site I'm working on and it's an example of a working rotor machine so while there are some differences I decided that I didn't want to introduce that difference.
