WinMySQLAdmin

Ok well I recently downloaded and installed MySQL on my win98 machine. I ran the winmysqladmin.exe file and although it loaded properly it slowed my computer down drastically. The mysqlopt-d file was the main file which took the system resouces away. This has never happened to me before when I used to run it on my WinME machine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Upgrade your computer to Win2K or XP and use IIS or Apache as your web server if you want to stay in a Windows environment...

WIn98's Personal Web Server is horrible, and the general Memory leak issues in Win98 make it nearly impossible to run PHP, MySQL, Apache, etc.....
