phpmyadmin

Hi;
can anyone share with me the easiest way to upload data to phpmyadmin? I have tried CVS Excel files and textfiles to no avail. Is there a secret to uploading multiple records?

Have all your SQL in a text file, go to the SQL tab, click browse, and upload it. Works everytime for me.

Thanks for the reply. My problem goes a bit deeper, however. When I "insert" on record at a time via phpmyadmin to the mysql database, all of my webpage dropdown menu querys work. But when I upload a text file, the querys do not work. any ideas?
