Content Filtering From HTML Website every week

How can I filter the content out of a Html Website? Url that I want to filter the content out: http://www.police.public.lu/actualites/trafic/controles_radar/

Its the police website! I want to filter the content out where the police will be for the week, and then send this content via email to the people in the database to warn.

They change the content every week once! If this is not possible on the website for some html code problem. No Problem, in Luxembourg we have 10 websites where the same content is puten on it. But no one is sending this via email or SMS.

the reason noone is doing it is because it's illegal without permission and there are people on this board with friends in the police in england.

not in luxembourg! since every one is doing this here.
I gave 3 urls where the content is copied 1:1 from the police website.

it's not for nothing that the police is publishing this on the website for free! Smile
