Dinamically Parsing the forum

Hi there,

Our site will be in the following schema:

We will have 1 file, which only contains the main header and the left menu.

Then, we will have other pages of the site in the format index.php?page=xxx

So to try it out, we made a test file, and it worked fine, as this:

http://www.findagoodhost.com/index.php

http://www.findagoodhost.com/index.php?page=search

Now the thing we are havinhg problem with is our forum.

Right now, the forums is at

http://www.findagoodhost.com/forums,

but would like to have it as:

http://www.findagoodhost.com/index.php?page=forums,

but we are having problems on how to do this, since the forums (Invision) is already a dynamic board, and has its own stuff going.

So my question to you is how would I do this? Is it doable?

If it is doable, I would greatly appreciate any help.

Maybe a redirect...

IF($_GET['page'] == "forums") {
  header("Location: http://www.findagoodhost.com/forums/");  

} else {
  // Do your other stuff
}

You would want to make sure this occurs before any output is sent to the browser, since it is a header function. Otherwise you'd get the "Headers already sent..." error message.
