I have a couple episodes of anime on my webhost. I am planning to release them so the public can download them. But I am afraid that the download speed will go down if lots of ppl are downloading it. So is there a script that enables a queue for a download? Like only the first 5 people can download file. The rest gotta wait till one of them finishes then fills the spot? Something like that? I have been looking for so long!
