This seems so simple but I can not find away to do this with out making a function. I'm hoping there is one already.
the string example
$test = '1114422553311';
what I'd like to do is count the how many times a number reoccurs.
Like 1 would be 5 times, 3 would be two times.
Anyone know of one?
