I dont know weather or not there is an irc channel, but we should take this to irc.

It would be good to all chat in real time.

Cos I was on a computer at work and now im on one on campus and they dont like irc here

Talk of php, I think, is okay. Asking help questions isn't. That's the point of the forum, and should be left at the forum. The IRC channel was created as a place to just go hang out and talk.

Cos the idea of the channel (twas me that set it up btw) was (as LordShryku said) to just hang out and chat about random stuff, like which burrito goldbug is gonna have for lunch and the such like 😃

Yeah, the IRC channel will be great once we get a few more people on.

And you have to remember the rules:

No asking for help with anything...we can go ahead and discuss the future of PHP-GTK or which class is better suited for a task, but no coding questions...pasting code in IRC can get very ugly...most of the time we won't be talking about PHP anyway.
Use the same nick as you use on this forum. Makes everything simpler...and we know exactly who you are.
Follow the same rules as you would on the board, in addition to the above rules.

That about covers it. I think that's all the rules that Buzz had set out for us.
