I have a block oh html code that is being put inside ' '

how do i stop the code from thinking its ended without having to \ every singlie ' mark!!

Any cheats??

Put the block of code between double quotes and use single quotes for HTML something like

$variable = "<html><img src='something.jpg'><div class='xoy'>";

Well, you can't, really. Here's an example of what you can do, though.
echo <<<HTML
this is some HTML with "double quotes" and 'single quotes'
This is a new line.\nThis is also a new line.
HTML;
This is called "here document." There are examples under [man]echo[/man] in the manual.

Ok thanks, it was more because i was posting a whole site inside an echo, i soon realised thats not such a good idea! But will try your ways as thats the way the client wants it!!

you could use include() instead of echoing all the site... just a idea ... not sure if it works for u

I think that wold work better for such extensive html code!
