Help with placing logo image to uploaded photos

I'm in need of some help or suggestions to an existing script. I'v setup a brand new voting/pledging website betheelite.com. With this site I've been able to add a "text and box" type of image to jpegs, but can't seem to do it for other formats. Any suggestions of existing scripts? I would prefer to place a logo on top of the image instead of drawing a box and placing text on them.

check the code critique forum, I posted an image manipulation class and one of the methods will water mark an image for you. It handles all the file formats handled by the current version of GD (which means no GIF sorry).
