When someone says:
The Folders ... must have recursive write permission for your webserver...
What permission are we talking about -- 755, 775 or 777 ?
if you need a script to write to a folder then it'll most likely be 777.
I have no idea what the hell that statement is talking about but if in doubt go with 777 (read,write, execute for all)
Note: Permissions do not apply to windows servers.
