That little tag line is pretty important, and in fact, in the terms of usage, it probably says in there somewhere... "Do not edit the 'Powered by...' line." I would suggest that if you want to hack software they so generously developed and allowed you to download, that you contact them directly, and see what you would need to do (ie, purchase a license) in order to remove their tags... Otherwise, you will have to hack it yourself, because you probably aren't going to find anyone here to help you... And beware, the author of that software probably lurks on these boards (and no, it isn't me).
