locking down mysql

can anybody tell me the procedures to locking down mysql so that only (theoretically if not absolutely)my code in my server is the only code that can execute it?

you dont have to go in detail... just the concepts. i just need the concepts to know what to search for on the net.

There will never be a way to say "only code can use this database". The best you can do is to create a user for your code with an allowed address of localhost, and delete every other user including the default root.
