I assume you are using IE... ("stupid thicko browser" could only mean one thing) 😃
Set your cache to 0. That should force the browser to load fresh every time... However, when you are dealing with POST or SESSION variables it doesn't always work, and I usually copy and paste the URL into a new window (IE 6)
Also, hold down the shift button when refreshing the page. As long as you aren't dealing with the aforementioned global arrays, this loads the page fresh.
