hello guys,
can anyone help me with automatic language translation script, i have seen on many websites either a drop down language selection is there or in most cases there are flags and you click on them and the page is shown in that language.....been searching for something like it for a loooong time now
please help me soon....

Its possible to automaticly translate a website but you need a utility on the webserver to do the actual translation. Php itself cannot do the translation. The problem is that translation programs are quite expensive and the result is often very bad (grammer errors eg.).
The only good way to do it is to translate all the pages yourself or to find someone to do it for you (who is fluent in the desired language).

If you need your OWN solution, then definately you need to manually translate.
Otherwise, check into babelfish.altavista.com
You can set up translation links through them. The translations are usually at least READABLE, but sometimes are pretty lousy.
