i made a little shopping cart for a website... during the shopping process it remembers your session id to remember what you have in your cart. if the person clicks the checkout button, they are sent to the checkout page at a secure path:
https://w12345.myhostingco.net/~website/cart/checkout.php
compared to:
http://www.mywebsite.com/cart/checkout.php
but when it goes to this secure path, for some reason it assigns a new session id and my checkout.php page says "you must add at least 1 item to your cart before checking out, continue shopping please".
oh by the way, i have the session id being passed through the url, i have a setting (i forget which one) that makes all <a tags add a ?PHPSESSIONID=3123123213 after the url. and this isnt being passed when it goes to the secure path
