Firefox Can See My Passwords

Hi all,

i was just tested my nicely created memebrship system in the latest version of firefox, which has the feature to view form elements. But it's also showing the first paddword and username that are in my table.

Is there a way to secure this so it can't display whats in the username and password fields. I've tried other sites but nothing has show up, so i guess my fields arent protected properly.

the latest version of firefox gives you a feature that allows you to view a forms elements.

it also lets you view passwords used on that form.

most sites passwords dont come up, but mine do. I know that they arent cached but they are reading directly from my table.

After testing other sites fotms it became clear that my passwords arent secure.

How can i make sure that they are secure?

and the text is in what a form Field value?

so in HTML souce you are seeing <INPUT TYPE=TEXT VALUE="PASSWROD"> ??

show us the relevent code and we should be able to help. i have no troubles with any of my user management scripts in any browser, including the latest firefox (0.9.2). btw - firefox kicks fuckin' ass!
