Link to other site but don't display the url of the source

I have more than 1 site, I exchange link to other websites to increase site PR. I store all my out side link in to mySQL database at my SiteA, where is accessible to all my site visitors.

To increase the PR of my other sites I plan to use the same data stored in my SiteA to lessen work. On my achor text link I use this tag

<a href = http://www.siteA.com/directory.php>Directory</a>

The tag is working of course, but the problem is, this tag cause my visitor to leave my other site and open siteA

How can I get those data stored in mySQL database with out leaving my other site? Is it possible?

what if my other site don't use PHP?

Well you can simplify things a bit, by just defining a target...

<a href="http://www.siteA.com/directory.php" target="_blank">Directory</a>

This would just open a new window for the directory. If that is too over simplified, or not what you are looking for, post more details. Sorry, but it is difficult to understand precisely what you are looking for.
