How to do this?

Hello all,

I would really love some help on this if possible.

If I have a product table, with price IDs in it.
Those priceIDs link to a Price Table.
Each priceID is equal to a Price Range in the price table.
In the price table, the order of the price ranges is determined by a priceOrder field.

Yes I know, it's the priceID that should order it, but this DB was created a long time ago, and there are too many IDs to modify at this point.

So how do I do a select * from ProductTable, and sort by priceOrder? I cannot order by priceID, only priceOrder.

I would apreciate any help.

Select a.,b. FROM products AS a, prices AS b WHERE a.priceID = b.priceID ORDER BY b.priceOrder

I have an odd problem.

For some reason, when my product.name is displayed, it displays as the price range.

when I do a
$name = $row[Name];
Can I specify the tablename somewhere?

like
$name = $row[productTable.Name];
