Canon EXIF Info

I'm trying to find the Focallength (min and max) from a Canon EOS 300D- picture in the EXIF info. Canon's own FileViewer utility shows this info but I cannot locate it in the EXIF version. Some third party fileviewers show this information too (like, apparently, Breezebrowser). It should be in there but I can't find it. Anybody ?

what do you mean? My code is nothing more than exif_read_data($filename), which returns AFAIK all EXIF info. And I was expecting to find it in there - somewhere ...
