Free php enabled server?

I'd been using freewebs for ages, and then decided that I'd like to start using php. Well, freewebs doesn't support php, but my PC is too outdated to load up Apache, PWS etc. etc. (P.S. I can't afford another lol 😃) Are there any free php-enabled web servers out there like Freewebs?

What youre looking for doesnt exist unfortunately. You must pay server costs. And free service provides arent going to waste their bandwidth and data transfer for free. srry.

Hmm, bummer. OK, do you have any ideas then? I have a Windows 98 OS, and (don't laugh) 16MB of plain old RAM. lol

here's an idea.
Go Linux.
It can run well even with old computers and its got apache and mysql (or most other sql databases.... but pls check first b4 quoting me on it... but i know they have mysql cos i'm using it).
Also its far more stable to be a server than windows. My linux machine has been up for more than 3 months!

Another plus is that apache and mysql can be configured the way u want it. Eg, u can have pdf lib included etc.

However, there is a learning curve. So be prepared b4 making the move to save urself some headaches on the way.

dhost.info slow sometimes... but 100MB PHP and MySQL for free... doesnt matter if its slow 😉
