[Resolved] Date();

Hi all,

i have this problem:

i'm using

$trydate = DATE('Y-m-d, H:i:s');

and it displays the format from the database yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss

how do i take it out and interpret it?
e.g. from 2004-07-22 00:00:00
to
Thur July 22, 2004 00:00:00 ?

can anyone teach me on this?
