After reading the article I was able to get images working well. Trying to do Thumbnails now.
I went to Borders and purchased the book by this guy. It is very good (in my opinion). Problem I had is that the new version of this book has been out for a while with PhP 4.xxx. When I got home I found that the version they sold me was over 2 years old. Beware. 🙂
Hope this helps.
I found this article by going to Yahoo and searching on "PhP & Images".
Quite a bit of info out there. Your next problem is do I save the images in directories on the server with a link in the database or save the images in a database. I choose saving the images in a database since I can backup and download the database from the server to my pc for testing on the exact data a customer sees.
This goes against the grain of most developers. Just to let you know it works both ways.
Good Luck.
