Pages Generate Before they load

I want the page to full load before its shown. I am using a very simple template system I created, but often it loads up the page then loads in the PHP and you see the tables bounce around.

For example say you have a 3 colume design. side boxs | center content area | side boxs

You could use output buffering. Look up the [man]ob_[/man]*() functions.

yeah for sure. Thats what I did, but its not working right.
