Netscape 7 problem

Netscape 7, when using my own server, gets HTTP 401.3 - Access denied by ACL on resource Internet Information Services when trying to access a php page. Works fine with ASP.NET pages. Anyone know how to fix this? Not that I plan on using Netscape anyway, but just curious. I did check Microsoft's website but it didn't really tell me anything.

Probably you have IIS's windows security set up on those resources, and IE is transparently negotiating using a domain logon to access them; non IE browsers do not do this.

More recent IE browsers I believe don't do this either (certainly in the majority of zones)
