Upon looking further, it would seem I'm not the only one. There's a Kudose, piersk, drawmack, Elizabeth, onion2k, and MikeKGlass all apparently registered on May 29th.

it's one of two things either they don't like us or they think they'll encourage traffic by saying we're members. But the second is just stupid when they could have PMed us and gotten most of us to sign up ourselves.

Yeah, that was me. I was pretty bent about it and reg'ed a nick to message the faker. But after seeing it's not one indivual, but the whole site trying to drum up traffic, well, probably not going to do any good with a message.
