Query CSV File

Hi Again,
I have a csv file that contains the following fields,
email,FirstName,SecondName,NameID

I want to query the csv file via the NameID property if that is possible.

I will pass in a NameID from flash and wait for a return.

Any help would be great.

let's say you are looking for NameID #321:

while (($row = fgetcsv($handle)) !== false)
{
   if ($row[3] == '321')
	 {
		 foreach ($row as $value)
		 {
