textfile to image

OK what I am looking to do is to take textfiles and have them outputted to an image, preferrably png. Now I have seen example code of doing it with just a few words and a set size but have not seen any examples of doing it this way.

There are built in [man]image[/man] functions through the gd library. Tons of examples in the manual.

Take a look around them.. Ask where asking need be..asked.

Well thanks for that very quick and informative RTFM answer exactly like you did to the post above this but it did not answer anything.

Here's a quick rundown of what you can do:
[man]imagecreate/man a gd image stream.
[man]imagecolorallocate/man some new colors (first one will be bg color!)
[man]file_get_contents/man to get the contents of the file (durr).
[man]imagestring/man that sweet sucker down onto the image.
[man]imagepng/man/[man]imagejpeg/man/any other output format you may enjoy to the browser.
[man]imagedestroy/man to clean up.

Voila. Very basic, but it should get you started.
