Undefined variable

hello

i have one problem
i want use of variable in my php code
but is showes this error:
Notice: Undefined variable: age in .....

i think i should change some lines in php.ini for enable variable
but i do not know which line should changing?

anyone can help me?

its not an ini problem

your just using a var that hasnt been defined yet

this itself isent a problem php is just letting you know therefore the notice

you can either define the var at the begining of you script

test to see if it has been set before using it

set error reporting to not show notices

Read this forum's FAQ on register_globals.

on my web server worked correctly but on my localhost computer did showes error?

Because your web server had register_globals set to On in php.ini, while localhost had the (new) default (and more secure) configuration.
