Php is not executing code in all directorys

Hi,
I just installed php 5 and it only seems to be working in my root directory of the http server and not the subfolders. What would i need to do to get that working for all folders inside of my http server.

It might be useful to know what is your operating system and HTTP server, and what exactly were the steps you took to setup PHP5.
