ok what I basically need is a page including another dynamic page, that is NOT on my server. ie, I cannot include() or require() it I believe (since it is not on my server and I dont have its source) and I cant fopen() or curl.init() it since it is dynamic and changes for the user and his cookie settings. What I basically need is a page including another live, like having an iframe, except that I dont want the scroll bars. I have tried resizing iframes but that doesnt work too well. the height and width of the content it gives me doesnt seem right. (iframe.contentwindow.document.body.scrollheight/width) So now I'm asking/hoping someone knows what to do...

put lots of things in cart, but it will grow out of its frame if you take too many things.. the included page is the shopping cart service.. and its order page that is really big..

You can include() with URL's if URL fopen wrappers is turned on, however then you have to clean up the HTML by removing <html> and <body> tags, and whatever else.

The iframe would be your best bet, IMO. You need to allow the iframe to dictate the size of the table. Figure out the width needed of the iframe, and go from there. So for instance, if the iframe looks best with the width at 700px, set that in the <iframe> tag, and adjust your main table tags accordingly.

the problem is, the iframe will contain ashopping cart and a checkout page.. first I put a shjopping cart in it, and it has small width.. then at the end it loads the checkout page that is wide.. :s and makes mess of my layout so Im putting the frame down now, nothing on the sides..

because of security the cross frame scripting works not at all 🙁 Ive tried all I could, the frame.document is barred. I can see if it is reloaded, but cannot tell if something ahs changed in the cart or if its gone to checkout.. preferably I would like to laod the chekout in the whole window...

hmm you think I can have include? I have no idea how the cart works, but I would reckon cookies.. so prolly not?? I mean my server doesnt have the visitors cookies.. or at least I dont know how to retrieve them...
