Yes, I have forgotten how I did it!
Quite embarassing :queasy:

When using IE and clicking on menuitem functions / Internet Settings, I am told that I have no permission.

I remember having activated that feature for some reason, but don't recall how.

Anybody know anything about that???

Did you by any chance install Spybot and use it to lock your IE settings?

Yeah, I have Spybot installed on my computer.
Must have forgotten that I had changed some settings.
