my site has been running slow.. we have been geting hundreds of hits in a few hours... is the slow down a result of limited bandwidth or is apache limiting our connection speed?
my guess would be bandwidth.
but what if I can surf the internet at normal speeds but when i and download from the site it runs very slow?
and the network utilization graph show only 0.35% average activity
