uploading video (.mov and .avi) files

Hello,
There is a problem with uploading .mov, .avi files.

I can upload doc, txt, zip, jpeg, pdf, mid files into "UploadFiles" directory.
But files .mov and .avi give an error "'Upload failed: There was likely a permissions error." when uploading to the same directory which works for other file types upload.

How can I solve that? I have Windows 2000 on FAT32 file system (so, no filesystem permissions). And IIS-controlled permissions for the directory are read/write/exec scripts only.

Could you please help to solve upload video/audio files problem?

No, there are no problem with size. Besides, for size problem I have another error check message, which doesn't come up in this case of uploding video files.

i'm not certain, but i think weedpacket has a point.

doesn't your PHP size check happen only after upload completes? as i understand it, this is how PHP works.
FAT32 only supports file sizes up to 2 gigs or something. there are workarounds, but that is something to be aware of.

There are no problem with size. File is 500K,and the uploading restriction for the directory is up to 1000K.

There are problems with permissions for the directory. I've read somewhere that there are MIME types that needed to be inputted in some permissions files. But, I don't know in what file and what exactly the MIME types I need to write for video .mov and .avi files.

Can anyone help with this problem?
