Need PHP/MySQL host in UK

Help please. Our ISP has been taken over and the service and technical standards are all to pot. I need a new ISP to host our website, one that configures their servers properly (eg register globals OFF) and sticks to the recognised 'standards'. Can anyone recommend an ISP in the UK?

For some reason they have been very kind to me and not charged me a penny for my hosting yet, and the service has been absolutely outstanding.

It's a community website so the homepage is full of perochial nonsense, but I believe if you go to the support section or the contact page and leave a message then someone will get back to you promptly.

If you tell them I sent you, then you might get some discount. I did ask them about this recently and they said there may be some possibilities.
