PHP Upload Script...Can't Figure Out...

OK, here's the interesting thing about this script. In MSIE (OS X) and Safari (OSX) and Mozilla (Win XP) it works, and in MSIE (Win XP) and AOL (Win XP) it doesnt. Here's the code.

Upload.php. This is the page that calls the doupload.php:

since i can't get the php source code to print, i'm linking to two text files. upload.txt is the upload.php file that calls doupload.php, which is named doupload.txt

What headers are you sending to the browser? Have you tried the IE6 cache fix?
