Well you can use Google there are a ton of sites out there that cater for this type of thing
if you need a coder check out www.rentacoder.com I think that they are pretty decent.

Personal experience. Plus, just look at their page. Would you seriously trust that company with your money? (The correct answer, if your IQ is above 3, is "no.")
The link at the bottom of this page is an acceptable one to use when searching for job postings, or, when making an offer, AFAIK. It's the one we're to use when here, and the reason why postings aren't allowed....
