How do I create custom input boxes, the ones that don't look like they are embossed into the page. If you not sure what I mean look here and take a look at the mailing list box near the bottom of the content.

That is commonly done with CSS, not with PHP.
I was wondering if it was CSS but wasn't to sure and thought I'd try here. Do you know where I can get some information on how to create these little beauties?
