I can get as far as the order summary page, choose "credit card" payment method- click checkout and error page again.
I'm reading through the authorize.net SIM integration method. It mentions building a HTML form, where would is this form code entered in the CubeCart?
It seems that once this form is created, it will take the cust to the gateway payment form -am I correct?
