Cost for Newsletter

Hi guys, I hope this is an ok forum for posting this,

I am wondering how much you would charge a client to write a basic newsletter opt-in script with subscribe/unsubscribe options, and have an admin backend for sending the newsletter. It needs to be able to send emails with an attachment. I'm just looking for some estimates, as I'm not really sure what the rates are for this kind of stuff. Thanks very much for your time,

I would highly recommend that they go with an already developed listserver and tell them that I will setup and configure it for them as writting a listserver would cost megabucks.
