I am really annoyed by windows, because while I am doing server maintenece (etc editing the database and such) windows keeps saying something like "Apache has encountered a problem and needs to be shutdown". This is really annoying because whenever the server experiences any heavy traffic windows thinks it needs to shutdown. So if I go out for the day, and am not at home to see if windows decides apache needs to be turned off, than my server will be down until I come home. Is there anyway, or any program that will make sure apache is running, and if it is not responding or whatever it will restart?
(PS: As many will say "switch to linux" well I plan to, but I just want to get used to running a server in general in an enviroment that I know, than to start in a new enviroment and be totally lost, while trying to run a server that the same time.)
